Shipping/Returns/Cancellations

Standard Shipping (within the US)

We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days (Exluding holidays) of receiving payment. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

All orders must be cancelled before order has shipped. Please send an email with the words "CANCELLATION" in the subject line to [email protected]. Once an order has been processed for shipping (you will receive a tracking number via email) the order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order at time of delivery and the order is sent back to us, you will incur a 15% restock fee. The balance will then be refunded to your credit card.
